There Are Too Many Chefs in This Kitchen

Having too many Chefs in the kitchen can ruin a dish. That is just way too many opinions on how the ingredients should be used. So I say when it comes to matters of the heart and your relationship, there should only be one Chef in the kitchen.

I know we usually find ourselves running to the ones we’re close to for relationship advice, but what we fail to realize is that every relationship is different. Every relationship has it’s own secret recipes. A recipe that works for one dish may not necessarily work for another. This is the same with relationships,

When it boils down to who should make the final decisions in your relationship. I say there should only be one chef in the kitchen. And that chef should be you. After all, you did contribute to half of the ingredients in your relationship and you should decide how those ingredients are used to prepare this dish. Absolutely no Carb counting tomorrow bloggers. Until next time…….

Can I please get some help with these grocery bags??

Too much baggage is never a good thing. They say we should all learn from our mistakes, but they never said that the new guy in our life should pay the consequences for those mistake.

We tend to enter a new relationship, with a grocery cart full of baggage. Those grocery bags are only filled with, spoiled meat and expired can goods. So I say throw out those bags. Eating that expired food will only give you food poisoning or what I like to call it, "Relationship Poisoning".

Ever guy is not the same. As much as we like to think that they are, they're not . Just because your last guy was a cheating bastard does not mean this one will be a cheating bastard.

I suggest getting rid of all that baggage before entering any new relationship. Why poison a potentially great relationship with all that baggage? Let's start with an empty cart . There is no need for a shopping list. Figure this guy out, before you start listing the do's and don'ts of your relationship. What do we do with grocery bags when we're done with them? We throw them out. So I say do the same with your relationship baggage. Until next time bloggers...........

Is the Cooking TIMER set

Why are we so restricted in today's society. Everything we do is set on a timer. In relationships all of the restrictions should go out of the window. There is no reason to set the timer.

Go with the flow in 2009. Who cares if it's the first date. If you feel like locking lips with your potential suitor lean in and do it. If the feeling is right then it's right. Putting time limits on Chemistry can only cause you too loose a connection.

We're not preparing a turkey here people. You're in search for true love. Since when did we need a timer for love. It's a natural thing that happens on it's own accord. So everything leading up to it should be just as natural. When you feel it with someone I say go for it.

Throw that Fourth date kissing rule out the window , along with your Three month sex rule. Just go with the flow. Whatever happens, happens. You'll notice that when you let things happen naturally everything else falls into place.

We tend to try and control the process of every relationship we are in. We say to ourselves "ok it's been six month, why hasn't he said I Love YOU". Can someone please find me the book on love where it indicates that approximately 6 months within a relationship the guy has to confess his undying love for you. Seriously this is an outrage. We need to stop trying to set time limits on our relationship.

So I say let's all throw out our cooking timers. We're in search for love. And love needs no timer. If you let it flow naturally, you'll know when it is time. Until next time bloggers..............

The Recession Menu

I know sometimes eating out for us young professionals seems like the easiest solution. I have to admit myself, I can not recall the last time I actually stood in front of my stove to cook something to eat.

This day and age we tend to live on the go. No time to cook so we prefer to dine out. Dining can become very expensive. I've come across a great new restaurant with a Recession Menu.

For all you Mexican Food Lovers. The restaurant is called Gonzalez y Gonzalez. It is located in Noho. It serves the same great food as the Upscale Rosa Mexicana for a portion of the price. While dining at Rosa Mexicana my bill came up to about $80.00, but at Gonzalez y Gonzalez my bill was surprisingly only $25.00.

I saved enough to buy a blouse to add to my wardrobe. Now that is what I call the Recession Menu. Great Food and Staff. And an amazing ambiance to add to the experience. There is even a Live Salsa Band on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Guys this is a great place to take a date. The food is great and I'm sure she will enjoy it. The Guacamole is to die for. No one ever said that you had to break your pockets to show a woman a great time. Be smart men.

This restaurant is located on 625 Broadway, NY, NY 100012 (between Bleecker & Houston Street)

Check it out and tell me what you think. Until next time bloggers..............
